Back file module problem

Please see this URL: http://local.softprodigy.com/truelake/admin/content/backup_files by login as

admin/admin123

I added back up module to drupal that can use for back file in zip format.But when i tried to give this path
http://local.softprodigy.com/truelake/modules/ in "Directories to back up" box it showing below error:-

Does not exist: http://local.softprodigy.com/truelake/modules/

Files selected for backup:
Array
(
)

Anybody can help me.?
