Drupal setup and Customization

Hi,

We need to implement a site where we will need

1. Forums
2. Blogs
3. User registration
4. Links
5. News
6. Educational material
7. you tube links
8. Database of other contacts
etc.

I think we should be able to do this using Drupal
We are looking for a expert who has worked on one of these and and implemented and customized to suite the user requirements.
