how to limit the no of categories a user can select while creating conten

Hi,

I want a user to select upto five categories while posing content on my site, i've used "Multiple select" option for doing this,but, this way the user can select as many options as possible, but, is there a way to limit no of options that he can select in drupal?

hi,

have a look on content taxonomy module. by using this module you can create a cck type from where you can set the number of values to select.
