Drupal site offline problem

Hi all,

My drupal installation was working fine on my machine and the same was to be moved on another machine. I have copy paste exactly the same drupal code over to that machine and installed wamp servers which
i was using on the previous installation too.
But getting a message saying that site is offline, even if settings.php is similiar to the previous installation.

Please give your inputs on the same.

check database login info

check it the database username and password in the following line in sites->default->settings.php

$db_url = 'mysqli://username:password@localhost/databasename';

Linux Foundation may use web

Linux Foundation may use web beacons from time to time. The Linux Foundation does not promote or recommend any type of ad blocking software, nor guarantees that any of the Site services will remain fully functional if the user utilizes such software.
