please send me the list of necessary modules to be added to drupal to achieve large job portal having high end features. (HOW ?)
please send me the step by step module to be installed.

Features :
Candidate Registration
Employee Registration
pay pal for employee
email validation confirm registration
Submitting Resume by Candidate
Submitting Jobs by Employee
High end search for candidates (same place they can apply for job)
while searching displaying Suggested data
sending sms after applying one job
Employees to be charged per resume

please send me suggested modules and its approach.
