If you want to learn the basics, you can learn it from the Drupal site or for that matter many other places over the Internet. However if you are looking to tweak it's fuctionality or to get some advanced knowledge, I would advice you to consult some reputed organisations like OSSCube. They have been dealing with Drupal and will be in a much better position to help you out. Good Luck
