what is process for creating site in drupal

hai dear.....

i am new in drupal and i wants to create aite in drupal but i can't uderstanding what is process for it.
first what i do i create content , taxonomy, menus etc. ?
i am confusing in it i am creating content but it is not going in its category how i add menu to it.
i have seen all of the tutorial but all of the tutorial is not better they are not providing my solutions please help me for it .........
