I have new project with following requirements.

I want to know Drupal will be suitable CMS for this project and plug-in available for this in Drupal.

[8]. Website on Smartphone (IPhone, Blackberry etc)

1. I am using drupal 6 and used video module (INTRANET). Not possible to view video iam getting the following error.

I am new to Drupal. Learner. Please help me in developing a site

I have installed Drupal 7.7 in my website and installed new themes. But i am not getting it properly. I am attaching both the images, image1.png is the actual theme. image2.png is the one after i stalled and enabled it in my drupal theme.

Please suggest me what i should do and how to correct it?
