FCK editor

hi all,
please send me FCK Editor supporter drupol 6
i got one file that is fckeditor-6.x-2.1.tar but appliede in modules but they showing below error

The FCKeditor component appears to be not installed correctly, because C:\xampp\htdocs\drupal\sites\all\modules\fckeditor/fckconfig.js could not be found.
Please go to the FCKeditor homepage to download the latest version. After that you must extract the files to C:\xampp\htdocs\drupal\sites\all\modules\fckeditor and make sure that the directory C:\xampp\htdocs\drupal\sites\all\modules\fckeditor/editor and the file C:\xampp\htdocs\drupal\sites\all\modules\fckeditor/fckeditor.js exist. Refer to the readme.txt for more information.
please suggest me what i do
